1. Service Agreement
By requesting or accepting courier services from Platinum West Express, LLC (“Company”), the customer (“Client”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Availability
Standard dispatch hours are 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CT. STAT services may be available after-hours at Company discretion.
3. Delivery Liability
Company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control including weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or incorrect customer information. Improper packaging voids liability for damage.
4. Chain of Custody
Chain-of-custody documentation is available upon request. Special handling requirements must be disclosed.
5. Pricing & Fees
Fees are based on mileage, urgency, waiting time, routing, and after-hours surcharges. Dry-run fees apply when a courier cannot complete a pickup.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations before dispatch incur no charge. After dispatch, a minimum fee applies. Upon arrival at pickup, full rate applies. STAT deliveries are non-refundable once dispatched.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise arranged. Processing and return fees may apply.
8. Restrictions
Company does not transport illegal items, weapons, explosives, or federally restricted materials.
9. SMS & Electronic Communication
By using SMS or email, Client consents to receive service-related notifications. SMS is not to be used for PHI.
10. Privacy & Data Security
Company collects only information needed to provide courier services and does not sell customer data.
11. Liability Limits
Unless stated otherwise, liability is limited to $100 or replacement value, whichever is lower.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Company may refuse unsafe, illegal, or non-compliant shipments.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Texas law.

We collect contact, routing, billing, SMS/email records, and operational data necessary to complete courier services.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to schedule deliveries, provide updates, verify custody, process billing, and support operations.
3. SMS Communications
By texting our dispatch number, you consent to receive service updates. Reply STOP to opt out. SMS is not intended for PHI.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell data. Information is shared only with operational partners or as legally required.
5. Data Security
We implement safeguards but cannot guarantee security of SMS/email. PHI must not be transmitted via SMS.
6. Data Retention
Operational and communication records may be stored for compliance and auditing.
7. Your Rights

8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.
